Refund policy
At Olyria, we want you to love every piece you bring into your home. However, we understand that sometimes an item may not be the right fit. If your purchase is too big, too small, or simply not what you expected, you may return it within 30 days from the date you receive the product for an exchange or refund.
Conditions apply (see below).
How to Return Your Purchase
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team or your local Olyria partner store.
You may:
- Return the item yourself, or
- Arrange a pick-up from your home (pick-up and re-delivery fees apply).
All returned products must be:
- Undamaged
- Unused
- In original condition and packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt/invoice)
- Returned with valid ID
Refunds
If you change your mind, we are happy to refund the full purchase price minus transaction processing charges and shipping fees (if applicable) of your item using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
To qualify:
- The product must be returned within 30 days of receiving it
- It must be undamaged, unused, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase and ID must be provided
Please note:
- Delivery, shipping, and pick-up fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Prefer to swap your item for something else? No problem.
To be eligible:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt
- It must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition
- Proof of purchase and ID must be presented
Price differences will be handled accordingly:
- If the new item costs more → you pay the difference and shipping cost
- If the new item costs less → we refund the difference (after deducting shipping charges) to your original payment method
Exclusions
Some items cannot be returned or exchanged due to their nature. Olyria does not accept change-of-mind returns on:
- Custom-made items (where you choose the finish, size, or material)
- Products marked ‘As Is’ or sold with known defects
- Clearance or floor-stock items
- Special seasonal collections (e.g., Christmas décor)
- Online Exclusive products (where noted)
Custom-made / made-to-order products include items where you select size, finishes, or wood options. Once delivered or collected, these items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds due to change of mind. Deposits on custom orders are also non-refundable.
