In Stock Products

In Stock products leave our warehouse in 2-5 business days.

Production Time

Most Olyria items are handcrafted upon order.

  • Bespoke or Made-to-Order Products:
    Production typically takes 2 - 3 weeks, depending on design complexity and workshop load.

We will keep you updated throughout the crafting process.

Shipping Time

Once your order is completed, it will be dispatched using trusted logistics partners.

  • Estimated Delivery Window: 4 - 6 weeks, depending on destination and customs clearance.

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship Australia-wide and to select international destinations. If you're outside Australia, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the item size, weight, and delivery location.
Custom or oversized items may require manual quoting.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)

Delivery & Access Requirements

Please ensure that your delivery address is accessible for furniture drop-off. If special access is required (stairs, elevators, etc.), kindly inform us in advance to avoid delays.

Damages in Transit

All shipments are fully checked and securely packaged.
If your item arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours with photos/videos.
  • We will work with you to provide a resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or compensation.
